• Orders received before 11am EST will be shipped the same business day and delivered 2 business days later.
• Orders received after 11am EST will ship the next business day and delivered 2 business days later.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• FEDEX does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday, and these days are not included when estimating delivery time.
• If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, your in-stock order will not ship out until the next business day (excluding holidays).
• Orders of $500 or more may require a signature at time of delivery.
• Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will ship via FEDEX.
• FEDEX does not deliver on select holidays, and those dates are not included in delivery estimates.
• Any issues with the delivery of your order must be reported within 14 days of the ship date. Jambu.com cannot be responsible for packages after that time.
